Farm account books of the Stewart family, 1836-1932.

This collection consists of six farm account books and ledgers and one letter. The first items is an account book, 1836-38, of an unidentified lumber operation. The second is a ledger, 1879-1902, containing the Beechwood Farm accounts of Charles A. Stewart, including a map of the farm. The third is a ledger containing records of the Wallaceton Farmer's Club for which Charles A. Stewart was secretary. The fourth is a ledger, 1833-1891, of farm accounts. The fifth is a ledger, 1893-1905, of R.E.B. Stewart, Wallaceton. The sixth is a ledger, 1912-1933, of Beechwood Farm accounts as managed by C.A. Stewart, treasurer for the Stewart heirs. The final item of the collection is a letter, 1905 January 4 from Charles A. Stewart to his mother containing a statement of the corn crop for 1904.
